You must be 21 or older to apply for membership or attend our events. Membership is by referral, and we may decline or revoke membership at our discretion.

• All attendees must be approved by Omeni before their first event and must hold a valid ticket.
• Our community guidelines are shared with members after acceptance and form part of these terms. Failure to follow them may end your membership without refund.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you give us, including your contact details.

If you provide your mobile number and consent, Omeni sends account and membership text messages — verification codes to claim your account, onboarding details, and logistics for events you have signed up for. We do not send marketing text messages.

• Message frequency varies based on your activity and the events you sign up for.
• Message and data rates may apply.
• Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving messages. Reply HELP for help.
• Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of membership or of any purchase.
• Carriers are not liable for any delayed or undelivered messages. Supported carriers may change without notice.

Paid memberships, events, and other purchases are processed by our payment provider. Unless we say otherwise for a specific event, tickets are non-refundable, though we will consider transfers on request.

Do not use our sites to break the law, harass anyone, disclose another member’s identity or personal information, or attempt to access accounts or data that are not yours.

Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect and how we use it, and it forms part of these terms.

Our sites and events are provided as is. To the extent the law allows, Omeni is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your membership, your use of our sites, or your attendance at our events.

We may update these terms and will change the date above when we do. Continued use of our sites after a change means you accept the updated terms.
